A Somatic Breath Experience & Art Expression
There are moments when words no longer reach the places within us asking to be felt.
This workshop is an invitation to soften beneath the noise, reconnect with your body, and allow your inner world to move through breath, sensation, color, and expression.
Through guided somatic breathwork, you’ll gently open the body, regulate the nervous system, and create space for Aemotion, insight, release, and reconnection. From there, we transition into intuitive art-making — painting, drawing, or creating freely from the experience that unfolded within you.
No artistic skill needed.
No right way to express.
Just permission to feel, breathe, and create.
This is not about making “good” art.
It’s about witnessing yourself honestly.
About letting the body speak in the language it knows best.
You choose your own adventure — soft or bold, quiet or expansive, structured or wild. Every experience will be uniquely your own.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling more connected, grounded, expressed, and alive.
Meet your fascilatator, Ann!
Ann Troiano, BSN, is a Body & Breath Practitioner and Breathwork Mastery Trainee with over 20 years of experience in mental health and somatic, body‑based healing. Her work is rooted in deep listening—to the nervous system, to the breath, and to the quiet truths held within the body.
Ann’s approach is warm, grounded, and compassionate. She weaves breathwork, somatic awareness, and intuitive expression to help others soften, release, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have long been waiting to be heard.
Her intention is simple:
to create spaces where people can remember their wholeness, reclaim their voice, and return to themselves with more ease, clarity, and aliveness.
Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate.
Reserve your place and give yourself the gift of breathing life back into the parts of you waiting to be seen.
Reservations can be made through Ann’s website: www.theembodiednurse.org/breath-art
